This program offers comprehensive family planning education and contraception assistance, and is open to all men and women of reproductive age.

To qualify participants in the program must have an income within 250% of the federal poverty guidelines. Program participants are required to sign a contract in which they commit to use some form of contraception while participating in the program. The program supplies participants with their chosen form of contraception. All participants receive a physical examination, and female participants receive a pap smear and breast examination. Fees for the program are on a sliding scale based on income.
